2002: Year in Review
Foam is open! After years of planning, Amsterdam's brand new photography museum opens in December 2001 with dutchdelight. In 2002, Foam is allowed to stay at the Keizersgracht and celebrates with a grand exhibition on one of its progenitors: the then-recently deceased Paul Huf.

The retrospective Regie: Paul Huf ("Directed by Paul Huf") features some of the finest photos by one of Holland’s best-known photographers, a pioneer and grand master of commercial, fashion and portrait photography, Paul Huf (1924 – 2002). This exhibition is especially significant for Foam because Huf, who passed away last January, was one of the founders of the museum, together with Eva Besnyö. This is Foam’s first show following three months of renovation work at Keizersgracht 609.

> The accompanying magazine is still for sale here.
