Food tasting and tour through Cooking Potato Stories

Foam invites all food lovers and cultural enthusiasts to experience an evening full of storytelling and food tasting, based on the exhibition Cooking Potato Stories by Ana Núñez Rodríguez.

On 8 April, we will open the exhibition with a tour given by Ana Núñez Rodríguez. In addition, cook Andrés (founder of Roots, Rice and Beans) will provide visitors with a drink and appetizers based on the show.

About the event

The exhibition Cooking Potato Stories shows a universe of stories about the potato. Together with cook Andrés Jara you will peel off the many layers and experiences that make up Ana’s work.

Expect a starchy evening of veggie friendly appetizers through which you will explore the potatoes' contribution to food cultures in Latin America and Europe.
