Atelier Olanto: A dinner experience inspired by photography
Atelier Olanto is an intimate and contemporary 20-seat pop-up restaurant. Chef Mattia Caso’s goal is to serve an artistic experience inspired by Foam's current photography exhibitions, through a 10-course menu.
Atelier Olanto and Foam offer a special night in the museum. The evening starts with a welcome drink and a private viewing of 30 minutes through the current exhibitions. After the tour, the night continues with a dining experience to remember. Mattia and his team serve a 10-course dinner accompanied by a wine selection (non-alcoholic drinks are available). During the night Mattia will elaborate on his inspiration for the dishes and menu.
The menu
The menu served on the night is a succession of studied dishes in which the consideration between concept and taste is in the foreground, aiming to simultaneously create a beautiful composition in the form of a tasting menu.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate the following dietary preferences due to artistic reasons. We hope to be able to welcome you to one of the other events.

About Atelier Olanto
Mattia Sabino Caso constructed to personally develop and find a style and voice in an ever-changing-contemporary gastronomic world. In addition, the aim is to form a new way of experiencing art in a museum. This will be in the form of true craftmanship by a continuous process of trial and error of dishes, ceramics and experiences.
