Unseen Photo Fair 2015
Unseen, the annual celebration of new photography, returns to Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek from the 18th to the 20th of September 2015 with an even sharper focus on undiscovered, unknown and unseen work by both young talent and established artists.

Unseen is Amsterdam’s international photography fair devoted to presenting photography talent and unseen work by established artists. During the last three editions, Unseen has presented the work of more than 500 international artists represented by an array of galleries. Unseen has annually welcomed an average of 24,000 visitors and created an environment that encourages and stimulates young talent.

As in previous years, galleries from around the world have been invited to participate at Unseen 2015. The selected galleries fully embrace the Unseen concept and present an exceptional image of contemporary photography. In 2015, Unseen Photo Fair welcomes back galleries like Flowers Gallery (UK), Martin van Zomeren (NL), Robert Morat Galerie (DE) and G/P Gallery (JP). Furthermore, Unseen is proud to welcome newcomers GRIMM (NL), Gallery Kopeikin (USA), Starter (PL), Parrotta Contemporary Art (DE) and many more. The final selection will be announced on the Unseen website in the coming weeks.

UNSEEN PREMIERES
Following last year’s successful launch, the Unseen Premieres will continue in 2015. Premieres are works that have never been exhibited before at an art gallery, institution or art fair. These premieres are a direct reflection and commentary on the state of the medium. This year’s premieres include the work of Regine Petersen, winner of the Outset | Unseen Exhibition Fund 2014, represented by Galerie Jo van de Loo (DE); Swedish duo Inka & Niclas, represented by Berlin based Grundemark Nilsson Gallery (DE); Dutch artist Anouk Kruithof, represented by Boetzelaar|Nispen (NL); and French photographer Noémie Goudal, represented by Edel Assanti (UK).

UNSEEN AMSTERDAM
New this year is the extension of Unseen into the city of Amsterdam. Through collaborations with established institutions and smaller initiatives, Unseen is introducing more festival components to the city.
