Seascapes Yoga Sessions
Relax and meditate surrounded by Hiroshi Sugimoto’s suggestive Seascapes.

Japanese master Hiroshi Sugimoto brings a highly meditated conceptual element to his work, encouraging the spectator towards philosophical reflection. His famous Seascapes were shot with shutter speeds of up to three hours long at sites around the globe. Come spend an hour reflecting and meditating in front of these profound creations. Yoga teacher Anne Vide Ikeda will guide you through Zen style meditation combined with Yin yoga or Yang yoga.

The Monday evening Sunset Seascape Session (FULL) will focus on saluting the hectic workday and reconnecting body and mind through meditation and Yin yoga. Tuesday morning’s Sunrise Seascape Session focuses on entering the new day in balance through meditation and Yang yoga.

The technique is very important to me. Knowing what my photography can do, my concept is adjusted to the limit of my technique. I see what the camera can see. I feel like I become a camera. My mind is a black box.” - Hiroshi Sugimoto
