Feast for the Eyes shows the rich history of food photography - not only in the visual arts, but also in photojournalism, commercial and scientific photography. From images of the common diner-breakfasts to allegorical still lifes, food comes with various meanings and has become a much-photographed subject through history.
During the workshop at the Uitmarkt Junior you will create your own contemporary still life with food, like the example made by photographer Daniel Gordon below. At the end of the workshop you can bring your most festive result.
