Sign Language Month
Musea in Gebaren (Museums in Sign Language) is an initiative of Foam and WatTelt! which aims to make art and culture more accessible for the deaf and hearing impaired.

Over the past few months, Foam and Wat Telt! have collaborated on the project Musea in Gebaren. For this project, twelve young deaf people have been trained to become museum guides in their own language. From September onwards, they will start giving tours in Dutch sign language in nine different museums throughout Amsterdam.
