Public opening: Collectivism
On Thursday evening 20 April, everyone is welcome to come celebrate the public opening of the exhibition Collectivism. Collectives and their quest for value and the beginning of Collaborate! A year of visual encounters.

The exhibition Collectivism. Collectives and their quest for value shows work of 7 artist collectives: Dead Darlings (NL), De Fotokopie (NL), #Dysturb (FR), The Eternal Internet Brother/Sisterhood (GR), Invisible Borders (NG), 8Ball Community (USA) and Werker Magazine (ES/NL). Although their origins and practice differ greatly, they share in their enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration and their open view of the world.

COLLABORATE! A YEAR OF VISUAL ENCOUNTERS

This evening marks the beginning of Collaborate!, a year in which Foam is organising a host of activities united by the theme of collaboration. Through exhibitions and events, to activities well beyond the museum's walls, in Amsterdam and abroad, Foam will explore beyond the limits of photography.
