Christmas holiday 2019: Children’s workshop
Do you love photography and art? Are you curious to learn more about what photography entails? Sign up for a children's workshop during the Christmas Holiday at Foam!

Please note: this workshop is in Dutch

This Christmas holiday, Foam is organising a photography workshop for children between 8 and 12 years of age. The workshop will start with a participatory tour through the exhibition of Lorenzo Vitturi - Materia Impura. In this exhibition, the artist plays with reality and fiction. He mixes different disciplines like sculpture, photography and painting. His photo’s focus on places like Lagos, London, Venice and selected areas in Peru. Vitturi uses selected colours and shapes in his sculptures who have a relation with the areas he photographs.

Inspired by the photographs in the exhibition and the information gained during the tour, you will experiment with colours and shapes in a playful way. You will create an assembly from selected materials and self-made photos. At the end of the workshop everyone will present their best photo on a large screen and will go home with a printed version. We ask you to bring an object in your favorite color and a piece of fruit or vegetable that you find interesting.

Interested? Sign up in time as there is a limited number of spots available! Tickets are only valid for this specific date and time. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the date or cancel without charge after your purchase has been made.

Do you have a Stadspas? In that case, the Children's Workshop is only € 3,50. Choose the 'Student/CJP' option when booking.
