HOW DOES IT WORK
This limited edition print by Jean-Vincent Simonet is part of the series Skype Issues; a modern love story, that combines flowers with portraits. It tells the story of a long distance relationship that is falling apart and shows Simonet’s crying lover, created by capturing the image on Skype. Simonet then used old and new techniques to distort the image.
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
In 2014, Foam presented to the public work from its own collection for the first time, in the exhibition Reflected - Works from the Foam Collection. Since then, the collection has grown from over 400 to around 550 works of art. The collection – which is focused solely on contemporary photography – is still constantly developing. The current exhibition shows a selection of the most recent additions.
