Opening Reflected - Works from the Foam Collection
On 8 November, the exhibition Reflected - Works from the Foam Collection will open at The Atelier Néerlandais in Paris.

The exhibition is presented on the occasion of Paris Photo and PhotoSaintGermain. Since 2007 Foam has been collecting photography and its collection has over 550 artworks to date. It is a bold, contemporary collection that focuses on the possibilities of photography and promotes work by young and promising photographers.

Film and photography-related installations, an active and dynamic interest of Foam, are also represented here. The collection is a reflection of the exhibition programme which supports and nurtures the careers of emerging artists working with photography.

Foam's collection is an outspoken contemporary collection that pays tribute to the work of young and promising photographers and that clearly focuses on the future, and not, like many other collections, on the past. The exhibition will feature work by young photographers and artists as well as those whose names have now become well-known, such as Juno Calypso, Raphaël Dallaporta, Lara D’Hondt, Mayumi Hosokura, Ina Jang, Joris Jansen, Katja Mater, Sarah Palmer, Peter Puklus, Lieko Shiga, Lorenzo Vitturi and Anne de Vries.

Reflected – Works from the Foam Collection is supported by The Netherlands Embassy in Paris. The exhibition is part of the PhotoSaintGermain exhibition programme.

Foam is supported by the BankGiro Loterij, De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, City of Amsterdam, Olympus and the VandenEnde Foundation.
