For selected photographers, the 'Talent stamp' functions as a springboard for the international photo industry, earning them global recognition and praise.
FOAM TALENT CALL 2018
The 12th edition of Foam Talent Call is currently open for submissions and runs until 18 March. Selected photographers will gain international exposure and recognition within the photography industry through a number of career-building opportunities offered by the award, including publication in Foam Magazine, participation in a travelling group exhibition and the opportunity for their work to be added to the prestigious Art Collection Deutsche Börse.

STATE OF AFFAIRS IN PHOTOGRAPHY
The Talent Call is the moment for Foam to gain insight into the current state of affairs in photography around the world. With an average of 1500 submissions from over 70 countries we have a clear insight into the new developments, trends and themes in contemporary photography. The editors of Foam Magazine select around 21 portfolios, and devote an issue of the magazine to these talented photographers. Previous Foam Talents are Melinda Gibson, Ina Jang, Alex Prager, Raphaël Dallaporta, Jessica Eaton, Shane Lavalette, Sam Falls, Noémie Goudal, David Benjamin Sherry, Daisuke Yokota, Lucas Blalock, and Peter Puklus, among others.
