In 'My neighbourhood' primary school pupils take a camera into their neighbourhood and capture the surroundings of their school in a special way. The results, combined with matching quotes by the pupils, are made into posters which are put up around the neighbourhood.

Summer 2010
For the 'Our Neighbourhood in View' project, pupils in their last year at primary school Crescendo were given the opportunity to record their ideas and vision for the future of the 'K-buurt' neighbourhood in Amsterdam Bijlmer. During the workshop, the children photographed their own neighbourhood and its urban renewal. The pupils took photos of details of the architecture and nature, street scenes and places in the neighbourhood that are special for them.
